Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of homewise513.com and related pages, content, or services (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Company & Services
HomeWise Roofing & Restoration, LLC (“HomeWise,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides roofing, gutters, siding, and related exterior services. Any on-site work, materials, warranty terms, schedules, and pricing are governed by a separate written agreement, estimate, or contract (“Service Agreement”). If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls for the work covered by it.
Website Use & Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose; to transmit malware, spam, or harmful code; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data; or to interfere with the Site’s operation. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Estimates, Scheduling, and Changes
Online requests or estimate forms are informational only. Scheduling, start dates, and scope are confirmed in writing. Changes requested after approval (including hidden conditions discovered during work) may require a written change order and price/time adjustments.
Pricing, Invoices, and Payments
Payment terms are specified in your Service Agreement or invoice. Late balances may incur fees or interest as allowed by law. You are responsible for reasonable collection costs, including attorneys’ fees, for overdue accounts or chargebacks determined to be improper.
Customer Responsibilities (On-Site Work)
You agree to provide safe access to the jobsite; secure pets and valuables; move vehicles and outdoor items as needed; and disclose known hazards (e.g., electrical, structural, asbestos, lead). We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or code violations not caused by us.
Warranties & Disclaimers (Work)
Any workmanship or manufacturer warranties applicable to your project will be described in your Service Agreement and/or in the manufacturer’s documentation. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN WRITING, THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Intellectual Property (Site Content)
All Site content—including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs—is owned by HomeWise or its licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
Third-Party Links & Tools
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or tools. We do not control or endorse, and are not responsible for, their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.
Electronic Communications
By using the Site or contacting us, you consent to receive communications from us electronically (e.g., email and, where applicable, SMS). You agree that electronic records satisfy legal requirements for written communications.
SMS Terms — Verbal Opt-In
HomeWise Roofing & Restoration, LLC will be collecting opt-in verbally from their customers. Customers may opt in to receive messages either in person at our physical location or over a phone call. When a customer is registered for the first time, they are asked to provide the phone number, and staff is trained to ask if the customer would like to opt in to SMS-based billing notifications, appointment reminders, dispatch notifications and job completion surveys. They will be verbally informed that “Message and data rates may apply”, “Message frequency may vary”, and they can “text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe at any time and no further messages will be sent.” They will also be informed that their information will not be shared with third parties.

By submitting this form and signing up for texts, you consent to receive text messages from HomeWise Roofing & Restoration, LLC at the number provided, including messages sent by autodialer. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP or clicking the unsubscribe link (where available) and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for help. Information will not be shared with third parties.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOMEWISE AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW OR TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HomeWise from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, extreme weather, labor issues, supply chain disruptions, or utility failures.
Changes to the Site and to These Terms
We may update the Site and these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted to this page with the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Clermont County, Ohio, for disputes related to the Site or these Terms.
Severability; Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Service Agreement, constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the Site.
